    Q1. 1. Why can't I play Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney videos normally?

    A1: They cannot be played normally because of copyright restrictions. Please connect the projector to Fire Stick/Chromecast/Roku/PC enjoy the video. Some streaming videos or shows (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney) are protected by copyright and not play properly.

    Q2. Why is there no sound when playing videos?

    A2: If the video has no sound, most of it is because the video is Dolby Sound. Like other projectors on the market, the projector does not support Dolby Audio. If the video has no sound, please turn off Dolby Audio. (Approximate path: Settings > Display and Sound > Audio > Dolby Digital Out > Dolby Digital (off)).

    Q3. Why can't I connect my Android phone via USB-C to HDMI cable?

    A3: Because of the different quality of the cables, cables may be problems with poor connections. We recommend you purchase Wireless HDMI Dongle.

    Q4. Why can't I connect my iPhone via the Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter?

    Q1:How to watch Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Apple TV+, YouTube, HBO Max, Hulu and more on this projector?

    A1:Since these platforms require copyright agreements to play, if you want to use the projector to watch videos from these platforms, you will need to use a Fire Stick or connect your computer to the projector with an HDMI cable to play the videos! ( Fire Stick NOT INCLUDED).

    Q2:Why can't my phone project via Bluetooth connection?

    A2::The Bluetooth function of the projector can only connect to Bluetooth devices (such as Bluetooth speakers, Bluetooth headsets, etc.). The Bluetooth function of most projectors currently on the market cannot connect to the Bluetooth of mobile phones.

    Q3:Why can't I log in even after following the steps?

    A3:Please make sure your phone has screen mirroring capabilities. In addition, due to the privacy protection of some Android phones (such as Google and Motorola phones), screen mirroring cannot be performed.

    A1: Due to copyright restrictions, most projectors on the market do not support the playback of these streaming videos. Please use a Fire Stick or connect your PC with an HDMI cable to play copyrighted videos.

    Q2: Why can't my mobile phone project via Bluetooth connection?

    A2: Bluetooth can only connect Bluetooth devices such as Bluetooth speakers, Bluetooth headphones, etc. Most projectors on the market today also do not allow you to use Bluetooth to connect to your mobile phone. To connect a mobile phone, connect the device via "Screen Mirroring".

    Q3: Why is there no sound during video playback?
